About Jamie
Jamie Levinson, President of Jamie Levinson Consulting, LLC, is a dynamic executive coach who helps clients accept themselves as fully capable and autonomous agents in making choices, supports them to have positive relationships with those around them, and to pursue meaningful goals which they feel passionate about. Jamie also facilitates leadership skills training, using her expertise in group dynamics to facilitate interactive and engaging learning. Jamie has worked for 20 years in financial services organizations and non-profits, coaching leaders, leading teams, and facilitating training solutions. She has held leadership roles at TIAA-CREF, ACS (Xerox) Intellinex (Formerly Ernst & Young Intellinex), Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation, and National Development and Research Institute.
Her signature presence, whether coaching, mentoring or facilitating, carries a warm, relaxed yet professional style. She creates a safe environment in which strong relationships are built, and clients are comfortable to take risks. Jamie works through a positive frame, bringing openness, warmth, humor and authenticity to her client relationships. Through powerful listening, questioning, facilitation and feedback, she supports her clients to gain insight, develop new behaviors and achieve greater effectiveness.
Jamie has a professional coaching certificate from iCoachNY at the Zicklin Business School at Baruch College, and is ICF PCC certified. She is qualified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, the EQ- i 2.0 and EQ 360 instrument, as well as Hogan and TDS -Team Diagnostic Survey. She also holds certifications from Coach University, The Ken Blanchard Companies, DDI, and several other training companies. Jamie is a member of ATD NY, the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce. She also serves on the board of All Together Now, an adoptee-led support group for adoptive families.
